At this point my progress on the blog has been very slow. I would consider myself within a few years of retirement. Not that that should make a difference but the computer and its ways, including the Internet, are a newer paradigm for me. Our library system joined the computer age in the late 1990’s. It has taken some time to figure this all out. I come from a world that was physical and with computers it has been somewhat like Alice down a rabbit hole. There is little that is physical in this cyberspace environment to reconnoiter making it mostly a construct within your head.

Once again it is Friday afternoon and I am trying to post a comment on my blog. The book order is hanging in the balance. I fear I may not get to that task today. Enough to post?

What am I doing.

I've left the staff to fend for themselves on a Friday afternoon to sign up for this blog and I am sure that they feel abandoned.
